EPR Oversight Fee Consultation

Thank you for your engagement. Consultation for Alberta’s 2024 and 2025 EPR Oversight Fees was conducted between September 30, 2024, and November 14, 2024, and has now concluded. Materials on this consultation page are for reference only. Please see the main EPR Oversight Fees page for current information.

Under Alberta’s EPR framework, ARMA’s role is to oversee and manage the system, ensuring that Producers fulfill their regulatory obligations. Producers contribute financially to support this oversight and are also given the opportunity to participate in consultations as key stakeholders.

We are pleased to invite you to participate in ARMA’s Oversight Fee Consultation in three simple steps:

STEP 2: JOIN A WEBINAR

Two webinars are scheduled to present information live and answer any questions that may help inform your feedback. A link to the webinar recording will also be made available for those unable to attend or who wish to review the presented materials.

Please note that the content was primarily the same in the second webinar; however, different questions were asked.

STEP 3: SUBMIT A SURVEY RESPONSE

Survey links have been emailed to all registered Producers. If you have not yet received this email, please contact us at epr@albertarecycling.ca and let us know if you are a registered Producer in PPP or HSP (or both). We will send you the relevant link(s).

Feedback from Producers is important to ensuring the oversight fees are fair and effective. We encourage Registered Producers to participate in the consultation to make their voice heard.
