Raji Kaur Sandhu

Raji Kaur Sandhu joined ARMA in 2024 as Vice President, Corporate Services, bringing over 15 years of experience in finance, strategic leadership, and operational management. She transitioned to Vice President, Finance in the spring of 2025, to oversee ARMA’s financial management across the organization.

Prior to joining ARMA, Raji held senior roles in both the public and private sectors, including serving as Chief Financial Officer at Sinclair Supply Ltd., where she led financial operations for a $100M revenue organization and played a key role in implementing ERP systems and driving organizational improvements. She has also held a senior financial management position at Northlands, where she was responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and stakeholder relations.

Raji believes in a strategic approach to leadership, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. With a strong focus on building and empowering high-performing teams, she leverages data-driven insights to shape corporate strategy and inform critical decision-making. Her commitment to fostering inclusive, transparent, and growth-oriented environments ensures alignment with long-term organizational goals and sustainable success.

In her free time, Raji enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time with her family. She is an active member of the Toastmasters Club, where she serves as treasurer, and is passionate about supporting community initiatives.
